Gorgeous vintage pair of equestrian bookends, dating to the 1940’s.
Handcrafted, embossed copper, each featuring a handsome bridled horse head posed in front of a round sun. Rich rippled, flowing copper construction.
The copper pieces are attached to the wood bases with dozens of small brass brads.
Wood bases finished in a black oil paint. Felted bottoms.
Stunning rustic pieces. Made in England.
Measuring 5.375”w x 3.875” x 7”h.
