An extremely rare armchair designed by Niels O. Møller and manufactured by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark. Model 62 is one of the most elegant and rarest designs in the iconic Møller series and is now considered an absolute collector's item of Danish mid-century design.

The chair is made of solid oak and has been fitted with a new, hand-woven seat made of original Danish paper cord. Particularly noteworthy are the sculptural details, such as the finely proportioned struts of the backrest and the elegantly curved, tapered armrests. Their gentle curve provides exceptional seating comfort and is pleasing to the touch.

Condition: Professionally restored. The wickerwork is new and in perfect condition. Professionally repaired breaks in the backrest have been re-glued, making it stable and freshly varnished. There are a few minor signs of age-related wear, such as light scratches, small dents, and minimal color variations. An outstanding example of the finest Danish craftsmanship.
