This stunning chandelier is an excellent example of early American history! Manufactured by the Miller Lamp company, a pioneer of the lamp industry, this piece was possibly a kerosene chandelier, then converted to a hardwired fixture! It is signed and dated June 28th, 1892! The varying patinas show traits of historical manufacturing, from the copper pipes, to the silver center body and filigrees, to the brass fonts and sockets!Every small part of this lamp is filled with ornate designs meant to catch the eye, including the floral basket weave filigree at the center that is held by twisted and embossed copper supports. This is a well aged diamond in the rough that has been fully preserved and rewired to bring a beautiful glow to your home that is sure to last a lifetime!
