This is an Exceptionally Nice - Very Unusual Antique American Sterling Silver Combination Letter Opener & Book Page Marker. It Comes From the Late 19th Century - Classic American Aesthetic Victorian Period. It is Completely Hand Made with Fine Hand Engraved Embellishments. It is Signed - Has the Gorham Silver Company Hallmarks. It is Also Marked STERLING. The Handle is Engraved with the Original Owners Name - L. P. French. It is in Very Good All Original Condition - Lightly Tarnished. It Has a Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 27.71 Grams / 0.981 Troy Ounce.
Measures 7 1/4 inches Long - Tall x 11/16 inch Wide.
