It is comprised of three (3) parts, a console Bowl and two matching Candlesticks. The ROCKET design and black glass are from the luxury purveyor of glass, DUNCAN MILLER. The sterling silver overlay is done by the Lotus Glass Company. It is rare to find all three pieces together, as they are found here.

The set is in excellent condition with one notable caveat. ONE of the candlesticks ran into excessive candle heat at one point, was broker and then fairly well repaired. There are several photos which highlight this condition, and I am happy to provide more photos of this issue or photos in support of any other question you may have.

The sterling overlay in in extra fine condition.

The candle sticks have a foot of 4.75" diameter and 6" of height. The bowl is 4.5" tall and has a mouth opening of 8.625". The silver overlay of all three pieces matches. The black glass is obsidian in color and of the very highest quality and darkness.
