They are quite tall, with stoppers 14', without 10.5". Their glass is a luxurious brown color, which is lighter where the glass is thinner are darker where the glass is thicker. So it runs sweet brown in the decanter and deep chocolate brown in the stoppers. The brown glass is elaborately decorated in gold leaf trim. Some spots are distinguished with solid rings of gold leaf around the object and the stoppers and other areas have a lovely floral rococo design in gold leaf. All of the rings vary in width adding a subtle layer of sophistication. There are also rings around the decanter which are a sensual frosted treatment of the brown surface. The stoppers are to die for, very substantial, weighing a solid 15 oz each. The "foot" is utilitarian, holding content as well as providing decoration. By my crude measure, the decanters hold at least 1.3 litres in volume. The items are just under 3 pounds for each decanter with stopper.

PLEASE NOTE: the only defect here is found on one of the decanter's lip, where there is a chip, which is clearly presented in the listing's photos.
