An antique 1900’s French knife cleaver French bread bakery cutter. This piece originally sat in a drawer and was pulled out for use. Oak wood frame with metal rods to divert the crumbs. Brass trim and makers plate in front. Loose translation is “Drawer box for safety”. Knife good working order. Measures 25” x 16” and 7” high.
