This object is an "Izolator" vase, designed in the 1970s by Zbigniew Horbowy.
Designer: Zbigniew Horbowy (1935–2019) was a Polish artist and industrial designer, a professor at the Institute of Ceramics and Glass, and a leading Polish glass designer. He was rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (Breslau) (1999–2005). He founded his own design school, known as the Wrocław School of Glass Design.
