The 'Mushroom' lamp has a tulip style base, slim stem, and large globe shade make this lamp quintessential mid century modern. Lamp it marked with UL sticker near light socket as well as etched with the signature "LLco" underneath the base. Lamp was originally found without a shade. I have added the perfect replacement shade made to resemble the original as close as possible. Original measurements. Frosted glass. Hand blown. Made to fit the Laurel Lamp. See less
