This exceptional antique vanity set exemplifies refined luxury and superb craftsmanship. Each piece is constructed with a clear, heavy crystal glass interior, beautifully encased in a removable sterling silver sleeve that showcases an elegant, repeating pierced pattern. The silver sleeves are substantial (total weight of 184 grams) and finely worked, allowing the brilliance of the crystal beneath to shimmer through while adding both protection and decorative depth.
Crowning each vessel is a thick, solid sterling silver top, clearly marked and weighty in hand—an unmistakable sign of quality. The tops fit securely and balance perfectly with the proportions of the bottles, reflecting meticulous attention to detail and expert silversmithing.
Large Bottle Jar
Measures 6.75 inches high and 3 inches wide and deep. There is a large chip to the inside lip of the stopper (0.50 inch wide) - this is not visible when placed on top of the base. Weight of sterling sleeve along is 109 grams.
(2) Medium Bottles
Measures 5.25 inches high, 2.25 inches wide, and 2.25 inches deep. There is a repair to the rim on one of the bottles with crack line near rim (see photos). The two silver sleeves alone weigh 75 grams.
Good antique condition with signs of wear and use. Please review the photos for further condition assessment.
Designed for both beauty and function, this set would have originally graced a high-end dressing table, used to hold perfumes, toiletries, or grooming essentials.
