The pedestal base is quite remarkable and iconic for its organic modern/mid-century design. It is made from bamboo rods that are figuratively bundled together and wrapped in a braid that resembles wheat bundles. The base is clearly visible under the oval tempered glass surface and can host six to eight people around it. Scuffs and other visible wear are present to the base and tabletop, overall, it is in fair condition. Made in the USA. See less
