Vintage Alvin S160 sterling silver weighted candlestick holder. Stamped on the bottom.
Alvin Mfg. Co. was founded in 1886 in Irvington, New Jersey. The company relocated to New York and changed names until it sold to Gorham in 1928. At that point, the company was retitled Alvin Corporation and was operated as a division of Gorham.
