This pair of vintage mid century modern diamond wire lounge chairs designed by Harry Bertoia (American, 1915-1978) for Knoll are circa 1970. Originally designed by Bertoia in 1952, the industrial material and sculptural form of this iconic chair has become a fixture of American mid century modern design. The chairs have welded steel rod construction and this set features a silver diamond seat and base. The airy nature and sculptural profile of this classic chair makes it the perfect furniture accent for any space.
