The design was … Read more Offering a pair of vintage Italian rattan hand carved wood Spanish Empire benches, circa Late 20th Century. The design was reproduced from Casita De Lambadorin Palace in Madrid, Spain. They are a hand carved Beechwood covered in silver leaf with black detailing. The seat portion is natural caning. The upholstered cushions are made by the renowned Italian textile company Passamaneria Toscana, based in Florence, Italy, well known for its luxury fabrics, hand made embroidery and tassels.

VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION. Great sturdy construction. The silver leafed portions show minor signs of wear commensurate with age.

FAIR VINTAGE CONDITION OF CUSHIONS:
PLEASE NOTE: Both cushions have signs of dirt spots as seen in the last two photos with the blue arrows. Because the cushions, fabric and tassels were manufactured by such a renowned luxury Italian fabric company, we decided to include the cushions and let the new owner decide to re-upholster or dry clean them (The cushions covers do have zippers and are easily removable).
