Nambé was founded in the early 1950s in New Mexico and is well known for their award-winning, mid-century modern designs, many of which are designed to be safe for use in the oven, on the stovetop, or in the freezer to retain temperature.

Nambe silver metal products are made with an eight-metal alloy whose major component is aluminum. The exact composition is a trade secret, but it is believed to include a mix of metals such as silver, tin, zinc, chromium, nickel & titanium.
