Stunning large, deep ceramic art bowl, numbered 23 on the base, vintage 1950s-60s, handcrafted. Round shape with concentric patterns in blue-green, ochre, and off-white on a brown background with metallic highlights, primarily in the ochre area. Beautifully crafted, very stylish with Wabi-Sabi vibes, inspired by Japanese design, possibly of French origin (Vallauris, France) or perhaps European (German, Italian, Portuguese). It could serve as a wall decoration or a large fruit bowl/centerpiece.
