Non working carbon arc original lamp house but very complete and cranking Simplex standard regular projector head, original hand crank, factory original 3 point base and floor standing pedestal, spinning shutter, vintage lens and both upper and lower 35mm film magazines with reels of film installed.

This projector system will be carefully preserved and conserved in our Dallas workshop.

The Simplex was invented by machinists Francis B. Cannock, Mike Berkowitz and famous early filmmaker Edwin S. Porter.

Simplex projectors were manufactured and licensed by The Precision Machine Company and The Motion Picture Patents Company of New York.

This machine bears serial number 3239 and license number 3375.

It is a very large and gorgeous example and the packed shipping weight is around 500 Lbs.

Photos shown here do not show the spinning shutter and the original hand crank, but those are included.

Wood crating packing and moving van wrapping are available, additionally.

Uncrated, unpacked Dallas warehouse pickup, on wheels, is available at no charge.
