Well listed American artist specializing in printmaking. He has had Auction results as high as $15,000 for a single print. He was born in Latvia and lived in New York. I believe this wood block was done in 1944 and is one of his common subject matters which is the holocaust. The print measures 14 1/2 inches high by 11 1/8 inch wide. The frame measures 24 1/4 inches high by 19 and three-quarter inches wide. See less
