Murano Art glass frame attributable to master glassmaker Archimede Seguso. The frame is composed of white and clear Murano glass rods, alternating. Glass rods are attached to a lacquered wooden stand.
Archimede Seguso was one of the greatest master glassmakers in Murano, its glass is distinguished by a rare elegance. It is attributed to the master on the basis of other works similar in color and shape but with different dimensions.
The frame is 8x10 and holds a 4x6 picture.
The frame is in excellent condition as pictured.
