A beautifully hand-painted Chinese blue and white porcelain ginger jar decorated in rich cobalt underglaze with a tranquil garden scene depicting a scholar accompanied by attendants beneath stylized foliage and rock formations.
Originally fitted with a lid (now absent), the piece stands beautifully on its own as a decorative object or small floral vessel.
