Original hand-colored antique Mammal print from "The Naturalist's Library", a multi-volume natural history folio published in England in the first half of the 1800s. Many of the prints in this series are based on engravings by William Home Lizars (1788-1859), Scottish painter and engraver.
Shown on this engraving is the Barbary Breed of Wild Sheep.
