A pair of antique Turkish flatweave Kilim pillowcases. Verneh technique with floated and wrapped wefts over a plainweave ground characterizes these Kurdish East Anatolian pillow covers. A bold diamond pattern, defined by strong white zigzags and filled with latch-hook motifs, forms the overall design.
The pillowcase backing can be removed upon request, allowing the front panels to be used as small throw rugs.
