It is likely a European or Asian import from the 1960-80s. The dome is finished in a lighter smoky glass with repeating etched botanical leaf motifs, set above a warm amber-toned glass base. The form is hollow blown glass with the dome and stem formed as one piece and a separately applied base, a construction commonly seen in decorative art glass production of the period.
