An exquisite and rare hand blown opalescent white glass vase, hand painted with enamel in beautiful Kakiemon style decoration, accented with high karat gold accents, circa 1750-1800 originating in Silesia, in central Europe. Having an oval body, neck with flared rim, the base bell shaped having a folded foot rim and unpolished pontil mark.
A near identical vase of the same period is in the collection at the Corning Museum of Glass.
