A beautiful side table designed by Gio Ponti in the 1930s, this edition was manufactured by Fontana Arte in Italy in 1970. This elegant yet modern design is made of high quality matted chrome plated metal, holding two circular clear glass tops. The round tops match nicely with the cylinder shaped base and round foot, all together creating a minimalist aesthetic with a nice harmony. A highly recognizable quality piece of Italian design! It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution
