This vintage crystal owl was produced by Lalique in France, circa 1960s, during a period when Lalique animal figures featured especially crisp mold carving and refined hand finishing. The owl displays sharply defined feather detail, expressive facial modeling, and Lalique’s signature contrast of satin-frosted crystal against polished clear surfaces. Pieces like this were designed as sculptural desk and tabletop objects, drawing inspiration from Art Deco naturalism and modernist French decorative arts.
