This rare centerpiece is a work by Bonaudi, an artist active in the mid-20th century.

Subject and Style: The work has an organic, sculptural form reproducing a large leaf with wavy, irregular edges. The surface is characterized by a textured, textured glaze, typical of the Vallauris style of the 1950s and 1960s, with shades ranging from creamy beige to brown, even touching on purple, creating a natural, rustic effect with a striking visual impact.

Material and Finish: Made of thick, glazed ceramic (majolica). On the back, on the unglazed part of the base, is the signature hand-engraved in the clay: "Bonaudi - Vallauris".
