He was a national award winner based on his revival of the lost Mexican craft of majolica, a double glazing technique where pottery is glazed in white or off-white and then glazed over with colorful hand painted designs. There are lots and lots of his pieces for sale online, but this is one of the sweetest and appears to be discontinued. The creamer holds 1 and 1/3 cups and measures 5" tall, 5" wide, and about 4" deep. The sugar bowl holds about 1 and 1/4 cups and is 5" wide and 4.5" tall. See less
