  • "Laurin Copen Antiques: Hello again - The other party has not been able to commit on the table so we have removed the hold and it is now available, if you are still interested. The height from the floor to cross bar is 22 inches."

  • "hi. I see the table is 29.75 high, which I take to mean to the table top. Can you determine the measure from floor to the cross bar? I am thinking of sometimes sitting and using the table for projects: painting, etc. Thanks. Leonard"

  • "There is 1n 11 inch over hang on both ends and a 7 inch over hang on the back side of this desk so that it is certainly useuable as a table - not a lot of knee room on the 7 inch but equivalent to a bar counter type of clearance. hope this helps... Alicia"

  • "I am in NYC and v interested in this piece. I was wondering if it's very sturdy or does it wobble a lot? Also, could it theoretically be used as a table for eating (if we had extra guests and tacked it onto the end of the dining table-- nyc living...) Or are the 3 non-desk sides off limits for chairs? Any other thoughts o this piece, welcome. I really love that it looks both modern and old fashioned."
