A large format mid century piece of silk, almost like a large scarf, with beautiful printed mallard ducks, flowers and foliage. We imagine this in a soothing setting that needs the outdoors brought inside.
The pond is filled with natural plants and flowers. The birds are floating, perhaps looking for food. There is a tree in front of the pond that adds depth to the imagery.

The artist's signature is printed on the silk. It reads Ellen (or Ollen.)
The silk printed fabric is mounted onto artists board which is off white. The silk piece is behind plexiglass glass and framed with a light weight brass finish metal frame.

We have not removed the artwork from the frame. It appears to be in good condition.
The frame has some dings and finish loss. A couple corners of the frame appear separated however the frame does hold the artwork in its interior.
General minor surface wear.
