The lithograph print travel poster is printed in Switzerland in 1950 by Sauberlin & Pfeiffer S.A. Vevey. It features an outstanding Mid Century Modern style illustrative image in a beautiful vibrant multicolor palette.

The Valais region is located in the wide Alpine Rhone Valley, above Lake Geneva in Switzerland. The area is known for its orchards, fine wine industry, and specialty gourmet chesses including regional specialties Raclette and Fondue. The rare out of print framed collector's Mid Century Modern travel poster measures 20 1/2" W X 31 1/2" h X 1" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Modern royal blue satin finish metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent " liker new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean condition with very light signs of handling.
