19th Century Spongeware brown and yellow ware Rockingham mixing bowl. This is the smaller bowl of our two listed. There are vertical lines around the outside. It is a perfect Americana piece for a rustic look.
The deep brown splattered glaze on butter yellow base is known as the Rockingham glaze and is the most well known and popular of the splatter ware colors.
