Architectural, mid-century, high-quality, floor lamp by Hart Associates, USA, circa 1960s–1970s, as documented by the original UL label and part number on the base.

Crafted from solid brass with a heavy cast-iron weighted base, this tall floor lamp features a 2" thick wood built-in circular drink or book table, an inline dimmer switch, and a standard harp fitting allowing the buyer to add a shade of their choice.

Has the Hollywood Regency / mid-century modern crossover aesthetic Hart Associates is known for.

The corded lamp presents beautifully with a warm natural brass patina and remains fully functional. The upper arm shows a slight lean consistent with age; the lamp is stable and structurally sound.
