The 20.5-inch tall cylinder can hold a candle (not included), a light fixture (not included) or be converted into a hanging fixture. A newly painted 1-inch tall wood base has a groove for an electrical cord. Opening at top is 4 inches wide, opening on the bottom is 4.5 inches wide.
