Lovely 1940s era transferware lidded mustard / jam pot with integral under plate in the Mountain Woodland pattern with shades of red, blue, green, yellow, and brown. Japanese in origin but very much in the English or French style. Marked on underside, NASCO Mountain Woodland.
Very good vintage condition, brilliant colors, no crazing, no cracks; tiny edge chips on inside of lid and bowl rim, not visible when in use.
Free local pickup; otherwise shipped via economical UPS ground.
