A pair of redware molds featuring seated rabbits, larger and smaller
The interior is glazed, the outside is left unglazed
There are stamped numbers on both - 7 & 7 on the larger one , and 1 & 8 on the smaller
Circa 19th century, possibly Pennsylvania
Measurements: Approx. for the larger- 6" high x 5" x 1.75; the smaller - 5" high x 4.5" x 1.5"
The pair weighs about 1 lb. 5 oz.
Condition: Very Good overall. Please see photos. A few diminutive flakes and around the edges, consistent with age and use. All original.
