The frame / base is very heavy, made from solid metal cylindrical pieces finished in black and situated in a stacked manner. The table looks different from each angle and could be utilized in any room. There are 4 rubber pieces on top of the base on which the thick, clear glass table top sets…almost appearing to float above the modern sculpture below it. It is very heavy and sturdy and will be durable when used. It was made in the 1980’s-1990's in Europe.
