Hand colored aquatint engravings that was drawn and engraved by R. Havell, Jr. in the mid 1800's titles are "Pheasant Shooting II, Hare Shooting, Quail Shooting, Snip Shooting".
Great looking engravings full of illustration of a days hunt.
Men with their hunting dogs, a few birds in the sky! It's sure to be a good day!
Matted, glazed and framed it measures approx. 22" by 26" with an opening of 18.25" by 14.25".
Overall the engravings looks great for their age with some foxing mostly just around edges.
