A very unique Kibori Kuma carved bear.
The bear is dedicated to Lt. Col. Bruce A. Crayne, at Camp Chitose in Hokkaido, Japan.
The top of the bear is carved JLC (Japan Logistical Command). This patch design was from 1950-1953.
There are only minor scratches, scuff marks and wear marks mainly on his paws. However, there is also cracking in the wood throughout the bear: you can see it on the end of the bear, part of the bear's back and side, and some above his right leg. The bear's back is a bit dirty as well.
The Kibori Kuma carved bear is a very unusual item and could be the perfect gift for the right person.
