About The Poster:
George Forss (born 1941) is an American photographer known for his black and white New York City images.
Life magazine featured Forss' work as a premier example of New York photography before 9/11 due primarily to his stunning capture of the World Trade Center buildings and the financial district.
The Queen Elizabeth II (informally known as the QE II) was a famous ocean liner which was recently turned into a floating hotel in Dubai. The Queen Elizabeth 2 was also the last oil-fired passenger steamship to cross the Atlantic in scheduled liner service until she was refitted with a modern diesel powerplant in 1986–87.
Some foxing on the bottom of the poster. From a private collection.
