The plaque is surrounded by detailed anthemion motifs and classical foliage designs, adding to its refined aesthetic.

The sides and base are engine-turned, with the corners adorned by delicately crafted floral bouquets. Although unmarked, the intricate craftsmanship and stylistic elements suggest it may be attributed to Charles Colins Sohn of Hanau, renowned for creating pieces of exceptional quality and elegance.
