In the 1930s, he worked for the UP Závody company, where he developed functional and modular furniture, accessible to as many people as possible. His distinctive style, mixing curved lines and sculptural forms, made him a staple of interwar European design. Halabala influenced the development of modernist furniture and remains a respected figure today among lovers of vintage furniture and avant-garde design. Timeless design and optimal comfort These armchairs are distinguished by their curved lines and elegantly carved wooden armrests, typical of Halabala design. The padded seat and back are covered in a soft and durable fabric, carefully chosen to harmonize with the dark wood and bring a touch of sophistication to the whole. Quality artisanal restoration Our craftsmen have restored these armchairs while respecting their original design, preserving the integrity of the materials while giving them a second life. The wood has been sanded and varnished to regain its natural shine, while the padding has been revised to ensure optimal comfort and they have been completely reupholstered.
