This Really is a Great Looking - Very Unusual Antique American Victorian Wall Mount Hat and Coat Rack. American in Origin. It Comes From the Classic Aesthetic Victorian Era - Circa 1880s. It is Rendered in a Nautical - Ships Wheel Motif. This is a Very Good Quality - Completely Hand Made - Custom Made Piece. It is Made out of Solid Honduras Mahogany and it Still Retains its Original Black - Ebonized Finish. It has 8 Substantially Solid Cast and Decorated Bronze Posts - Hooks. It is in Good - Strong - Sound - Perfectly Usable Condition - Displays Nicely. There is a Chip of Wood Missing on the Front and 2 Chips on the Back that Expose the Mahogany Wood.
I Purchased This Piece in the Down East - Coastal Maine Region.
It Measures As Used - Hung on he Wall 29 Inches Tall x 29 Inches Long x 5 Inches Wide - Deep.
