The top is thin with a step-down routed edge. The top drawer is shallow and the bottom drawer is deep. These two have ogee drawer fronts in the French style of Louis-Philippe. The two drawers in between have plain inset drawer fronts and are of equal depth. The front corners of the case are decorated with fluted split balusters in between plain rectangular bases and corbels. See less
