Sourced direct in the czech republic this … Read more 1950’s jaroslav šmídek original armchairs in a tufted forest jacquard – sprung seat. Sourced direct in the czech republic this is one of šmídek’s most elegant designs. We carefully select very original armchairs ensuring the fabrics and upholstery are in as good as condition as we can find. The frame is beech throughout and the arms have been cleaned and waxed but retain their original character. This model has the rare and higher sit sprung seat. The upholstery is completely original and has been deep steam cleaned by our workshop team. The price is for one armchair only.

the upholstery is original and will not comply with current uk fire regulations (production post january 1st 1950).

this product is located in our eu warehouse and will be delivered on a slightly longer lead time of 1-2 weeks. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
