About This Piece
Attributed to Warren Platner lounge chairs for Knoll 1975, offered as a matching pair. These iconic chairs feature their original red upholstery and signature sculptural steel wire bases.
Both chairs retain their original manufacturer Matricola production tag, confirming authenticity and period production. No other labels or stamps. Upholstery presents beautifully for age, with no structural issues. Frames are solid and stable.
Designed by Warren Platner for Knoll, these chairs are a classic example of mid-century modern American design and remain highly sought after by collectors.
