This jardinière shows off beautifully, its rich glaze adding to its appeal, and serves as a great example of mass-produced yet artistically charming American pottery from the 1920's.
McCoy, an Ohio native all his life, worked in and eventually owned, his own pottery business. Though there’s no mark on the bottom, several reference books on his work suggest it’s likely a McCoy.
