Westmorland ruby red or "ruby flash" candy dish or compote.
The vintage glassware piece features a clear glass base and lid with a distinct "ruby flash" stain applied giving it it's two tone appearance.
Often referred to as the "Wedding Box", "Wakefield Wedding" or "Waterford" pattern.
Made in the USA by Westmoreland. Circa, 1950s.
In good vintage condition. Chips along bottom scalloped lid edge as shown in the attached photos.
