This Chinese export Famille Rose rectangular porcelain vase, pen holder, or brush pot, features intricate hand painted floral and bird artwork on a yellow ground.
The Chinoiserie motif of cherry blossom branches, Pink flowers, and birds wraps around the entire vase and lid.
The vase has a nice heavy weight and a removable lid with three holes allowing the vase to hold a bouquet of flowers or highlight individual blooms as needed.
