This lovely Hungarian pottery vase with a glossy lava glaze in bright orange and vivid yellow over a dark brown matte body dating from the late 60s. It seems to have an incised logo or initials, Please look at all images.
A throw-back to when Hungary was under Communist rule and was allowed to produce ceramic pottery items while Czechoslovakia was designated as the center of art glass manufacturing.
Measurement: 8 1/2 inches high x 4 1/4 inches diameter.
Condition. Very Good. Minor wear consitent with age and use. No issues.
